Indication
Erweiterte Markersuche bei V.a. MPN. BCR-ABL1 immer ausschließen!
Eosinophilie: FISH für PDGFRA, PDGFRB und FGFR1 ergänzen, PCM-JAK2 sollte auch geprüft sein.
