Indication
Prognostische Markersuche bei histologisch gesicherter essentieller Thrombozythämie ET, Unabhängig von Alter, Leukozytose und Thrombosen sind Mutationen in EZH2, IDH2, SH2B3, SF3B1, TP53, U2AF1 von erheblicher, prognostischer Relevanz.
