Indication
Suche nach therapeutisch relevanten Markern für das MDS mit isoliertem 5q- Syndrom oder „einer einzelnen weiteren Chromosomenanomalie (außer Chromosom 7)“. Bei TP53 Mutation Wirksamkeit von Lenalidomid stark eingeschränkt. Ähnlich TP53 sind auch CSNK1A1 Mutationen mit ungünstiger Prognose assoziiert.
