Indication
Prognostische Markersuche bei histologisch gesichertem, BCR-ABL1 negativem MPN.
Eosinophilie: FISH für PDGFRA, PDGFRB und FGFR1 ergänzen, PCM-JAK2 sollte auch geprüft sein.
