2. Deletions-/Duplikationsanalyse mit MLPA
Indication
Café-au-lait-Flecken, Neurofibrome, Lisch-Knötchen der Iris, axilläres oder inguinales Freckling, Lern- und Konzentrationsschwächen (40-60%); plexiforme Neurofibrome, Optikusgliom, Phäochromozytom, Neurofibrosarkom und Knochendysplasien. Differentialdiagnose Legius-Syndrom (Neurofibromatose Typ 1-ähnliches Syndrom (NFLS), SPRED1).
Verteilung der Mutationen über nahezu alle Exons bzw. angrenzende Intronsequenzen: ca. 80% Stopmutationen, ca. 10% Deletionen.
